weebinator 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2004 I had the k240s for 2 days. It is one of the most comfortable pair of cans ever. But i returned it and got a k271s instead. In my opinion, the k240s has not enough high end detail. This kind of accentuates the bass and mids. Eventually i couldn't stand it. The k271s is very nice, and is great for tracking. The only downside is when trying to do a mix, it makes everything sound too good because of the definition. Now when i need to do mixes on headphones, which is not advisable by the way, i use an mdr v6 as well to check through. But still it's a great set of cans.
