nerdie 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2004 Ok, this time i did a search and couldn't find anything relevant on 'sennheiser warranty' or 'warranty' So i bought a pair of headphones, it says 2 yrs warranty at the back, how to i 'validate' it? Do i have to send in a card/receipt or anything like that? Nothing of this sort was included...
lekguan 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2004 Is it the PX100? It should come with a warranty card. I had the PX100 once and yes there was indeed a warranty card.
Slumber 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2004 What about the Senn Mx500? No warranty card was included and yet a 2 yr warranty was stated at the back of the box
viconte 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2004 same here, when i bought px100 and px200, it comes with warranty card, but not for the mx500 though... guess warranty applies to their more exp models?

viconte 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2004 yup, go back to hung bros and ask for the warranty card, btw the warranty card is not found inside the boxes of the headphones, hung bros keeps them separately.
