You can do a search on the forum. These questions have been asked numerous times, and I'm sure you can find some ideas based on past recommendations. Mackie 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2004 (edited) In view of my lack of experience in the models U've mentioned and your choice of music, I'll pick Beyer DT440. I prefer it for your sort of genre over Grado SR80 and Sony MDR-V6 which I also own. Is it the best under $300? Answer is negative for I'll be lying as this question is akin to asking who's the prettiest woman in Asia or the World.
