Comes complete except for a pair each of 3 flange and black foam tips. Paid S$339.60 new excluding shipping. For more info: http://etymotic.com/ephp/er4.aspx Go-Vibe - with 1 year warranty. Comes with 3 oamp OPA2227, AD8066 and AD8620. New original Go-Vibe (US$69) + AD8066(US$6) + AD8620(US$12). Will throw in a couple of TI opamps for rolling purpose.
