1 thing bad about gramophone IMO is that one has to depend on luck to find second-hand CDs that one likes.

sometimes i go there and returned empty-handed.

 

which of the 3 gramophone shops have the largest collection of second-hand CDs?

you should try one shop on the ground floor of Burlington Square, next to Sim Lim Square. It sells a lot of LPs and CDs, some of these are hard to get collector's items. There is also a Totem Model One speaker for sale. I bought one Japanese print CD that was issued by Japan Air Lines. Very good recording and it was "Not for Sale".

Address is 175 Bencoolen Street, #01-17, Burlington Square. The name of shop is called Simply Music, located just across Frankie's Well Audio Lab.

Worth visiting it even though browsing is your only intention.

Does HMV sg do internet trading? I don't think it will be cheap, though

HMV does stock clearing from time to time, prices are as good as pre-owned ones.
