haha... i'll try it a while more...

i auditioned it at jaben... it feels different...

but when i bought it over recently the diff seems not tt big...

mayb itz v new and not burned it (> 1mth)...

 

btw im using Ultimate Link Black Emperor cables....

 

shall try it with my girlfriend's x5l and see the diff...

 

{edit} i suspectin it could be the batt as well... currently in using 9V alkaline...

have been burning both my SF5Pro and Go-Vibe for the past 24hrs... charged the iPod and continued to burn.. wonder how long can the 9V alkaline last

 

got the Maha Charger and Powerex batt today. charging them too...

how big iz the difference between using rechargeable battery and alkaline battery (in a portable amp) in terms of sound quality??

read the rechargeable battery thread but it did not seem to mention... ;)

the maker of go vibe highly recommand the maha batts for a reason (true 9.6v??)

a better soundstage through his amp. more better if connected to a linear 24v

 

i've been using the powerex batts for about 2 days.

can hear that the overall soundstage is wider now
