aloy 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2006 (edited) i use a creative zen vision:m and i watch videos on it. however, some videos are not compatible with the player. there's a video converter that has been installed together with the media explorer and stuff. during copying of videos, there is a problem. they cant copy the video as it does not match the playback capability of the player and the video converter is unable to convert it to a supported format as the DirectShow( r ) Codec required is not installed on my computer. any idea where can i get this codec? thanks for any help given.
