Sony: MDR-EX71LP MDR-E888LP Sennheiser: PX100 PX200 what i am looking for is... a handphone that can compliment my iPod *any kind of music* prefer it to be small *can fit into my bag pouch* usually roll up my stock headphone *bad idea?* prefer it to be white cuz my iPod is white.. so .. and technically i dun like Sennheiser design cuz it is a headset, not a earset.. i dun want something that to mess with my head LOL! is there another option? or i have to go for EX71LP/EX70LP *saw 70 in white b4* and how much are those mentioned headphone? thanks Kit
Blues 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 so you don't want to mess up with your hair? what about those neckband and clip ons? IMHO, they are designed specifically for those 'hair conscious people' For earphone: mdr-e888 is more refined than the sony ex70. Go for ex70 only if you need that extra isolation and bass. To me e888 is a little lean in bass but otherwise provide good overall presentation, transparency. I think can get e888 for around 70 dollars or slightly more. for neckband: might wanna look for koss ksc-55 about 40+ hung bros, sls 3rd floor for clip on : try koss ksc-50 about the same price as ksc-55 , same shop. Blues 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 oh you mean you want white? hm quite hard leh.. most earphones come in black.. clip ons will always fit.. it's just a matter of getting used and knowing the technique of putting them on the ksc-55 is very *tight* and not loose at all.. infact some claim they're too tight(maybe they have big heads? ) . Pm sipher, he has experience reg. ksc-55 .
N@Z 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 Rejoice! Try here for the white EX71 I'm not sure whether the price is good or not but it's white after all! http://page.auctions.shopping.yahoo.com/sg...84?aucview=0x13

Bulletin,, very sad that EX70 only comes in black for Long cord *1 metre* but white in short + extension = 1.4metre *way too long.. both for 70 bucks you call one meter cord a long cord?it's quite standard for a earphone to have a one metre cord. Can u imagine those headphones with 3 or 4 metres long cord? They are longer, kit. Why make your life so hard by insisting on getting a white colour earphone? Black and white always make a perfect pair, don't you think so?

Blues 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 kit.. no pun intended lah it's really quite tight.. since you said most fit loose to you then this might worth a try Be mindful though, that hungbros doesn't allow audition for their koss line-ups. That's the bad thing about it.

Blues 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 out of 10 people who've tried it, all 10 mention that the ksc-55 is tight It is designed to be tight, so that you can hear more bass
mychew 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 i never try koss before, but since most of them said it's tight, it should not be wrong. Unless u use it wrongly until u spoilt the clip...then i can say it's loose to u
