kehyi 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2007 Hey everyone, I need a way to record voice for a fairly long time (over 30 min). i'm not really keen on buying another DAP that comes with recording function (coz i've already got more iPods than people in my household ), but if i have to, then i guess i got no choice lah. can you recommend something that's small, and cheapish...? alternatively, if there's a way to record using 1G nano, pls let me know too (or maybe i should just buy one of them mini tape recorders?) blurgal35 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 not really a reccomendation.. but anyway.. i have to record meetings @ work every week.. and the duration is 2 hours.. amazingly it dosen't drain much battery! quality is satifactory (picks up voice of everyone who talked in the room) and its in wma format.. my DAP is zen v plus. have u considered using ur handphone to record?? i have a nokia fone and the recording quality is pretty good. its in .amr format though.. uncompatible to many media players.. in addiction, i recorded for 1 hour only and it drained most of the battery.. heady 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2007 Have used a Creative Muvo N200 which uses an AAA battery and is quite small. Not bad quality as long as near speaker. Can get quite cheap from Creative now.
