Kurosaki Ichigo 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2007 I was wondering if higher frequency range means the sound of the earphone is better. Is it true? I was looking at the Audio Technica CM7ti. Anyone got any comments on that?

Anyone got any comments on that? Higher freq definitely do not mean better quality or sound, quite a lot of good earphones don't have a wide freq range. The Audio Technica has replaced the ATH-CM7Ti with its 2007 model, the ATH-CM700Ti. I can't comment much about the sound since it's all subjective but it definitely do not offer isolation and comfort like Shure or Westones.
tassardar_ 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2007 High Frequency range is really subjective to each person. Some ppl can hear them some ppl cant. Also most phones dont go as high as they claim usually causing roll offs and such. Most In ears for example has way lower range then headphones but sound way better.
