AD8656 is not to be missed in the dac section... tried lm4562, ad8599 as well... ad8656 still sounds better...

 

tried useing AD8397 n lm4552 for buffers.... useing hd 595, ad8397 drive it much better then lm4562.. so stick to ad8397...

 

for LR... i didn't bother to A/B... i just plug in my OPA627s with dual to single dip adapter... :-p

 

for those who wants to do opamp rolling with browndog adapters.. make sure you have some spare dip sockets to rise the height... else some components will block the browndog from plugging in fully...

Thanks to everyone who made it down today

 

Stereo wanted to give a free interconnector to everyone on the MO.

 

However, they are still in midst of making it.

I promise a FREE mini - mini interconnect (All thanks to Watcult) for all during this iBasso D1 MO and will start making them ASAP, should be able to collect your free interconnect by this coming Saturday 17th Nov.

 

The cable will be braided using Canare with Neutrik gold plated plugs on both sides. Cable length (excluding the plugs, only the wires) will be a standard 6".

 

Picture shown is Canare cable with Neutrik mini to ipod dock.

 

- Those who are interested(D1 MO only), please leave your name here.

- Those who wish to have them longer or shorter can indicate beside your nick.

Example; Headphone_man (mini to mini 9")

- Those who wish to change for a LOD ( ipod line out to mini ), just pay an extra 25 dollars.
