Good Earphones for Acoustic Music

Hi, does anyone have any good recommendations for a pair of earphones which is good for acoustic music. I listen mainly to Jason Mraz's songs. I plan on using them on a flac player (playing flac files), and currently I am looking at Sennheiser CX400. Budget preferbly below $100.
