wkwlb 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2008 I've been working on cables recently and decide to perform this small operation on one of my ESW9s Initial impression: It provides a more slamming bass, opens up the mid by quite a lot! All the added details are nailing against my back! btw, it is amped comparison. And to share some of my findings, the stock ESW9 cable is not even pure metal conducts....looks like some mixture of copper and nylon, not too sure though, but definitely a mixture... It is similar to the ER4 cable, which is not pure metal conducts either. now on the route to recable both of them! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
