  1. What's the more attractive price then? If its something like the usual 300ish price in the states, then its pretty worth it imo....But there's no local warranty right?
  2. Could I ask how did the member die? Its sad to hear that but I'am curious to know more..Sorry if I've offended any fans out there.
  3. But before becoming regular customers, everyone's a new customer to him....
  4. Not now maybe but the time Linda was doing promotions on her second album on MTV, she dressed up like Namie Amuro and wow, its 90% look alike. But maybe I was blind that time....
  5. Why's there an issue with Richard aka moustache guy ? Strange enough, I got all my great deals from him. Maybe there's an affinity between moustache ppl and me...
  6. Or you could look at AT's ES7. Its a portable can that's AT's newest creation. The sound is fantastic for its price. + the cool looking mirror finish, its really a very posh looking and great sounding for the cash pair of cans.
  7. I like N.A. Her new album QUEEN OF HIP POP's pretty cool. And I think Linda Liao, the taiwanese singer looks a little like her.
  8. Also, you might not like how they sound like...The trebles are rolled off, making them sound as if they were less detailed than the E4c's but the bass is pretty good if you're a basshead...
  9. No, they don't need an amp. And yes, they are VERY sensitive. Look at the sensitivity...Its a whopping 122dBSPL/mW
  10. Argh, u beat me to it...... Anyway, I started out listening to her music back then in 2002, yeah its really nice. Ballad kind of style. Bought both LOVE and MUSIC.
  11. There's tubes, players but no headphones, so here's my contribution
  12. I've got a pretty decent 138 VBR MP3 of it done by someone and sent to me. Anyone who wants it can PM me/
  13. I wouldn't mind that Ok, anytime when I'am interested in something, would drop u a PM. Hope you don't mind!
  14. Oh, thats good. Can you buy me the W5000 for my birthday thats coming really soon? Or make it a christmas present for me?
  15. Yeap. I bought them almost immediately when they came out. Got them online from TTVJ.
  16. Not an insanely good price from my tokyo point of view. LOL. I just saw one for SGD$1900. lol Does that include Tax and other stuff? What about the plane trip down to Tokyo and what's the rate of Yen to SG at that current time. Even if its $1900, you still don't get the local warranty here in Singapore. But that's a diff story altogether because u're a lucky bas**** who happens to be live in Japan....
  17. They have a local Audio Technica South East Asia (wadeva) thats darn near Aljunid MRT station and I guess that they would do replacements or repairs for you if they have the replacement parts. However, more complicated repairs go back to Japan.
  18. Going our of thread? If your budget's around 500+, you could probably give the K701s a try. Compared to the same level headphones like my HD650, AD2000 and SA5000, the K701's probably the best sounding pair of cans. Its sound signature is more towards the dark side of the HD650, has the Airyness of the AD2000 and details of the SA5000 but just like the HD650, no piercing highs. The bass in terms of quantity is a miz between the HD650 and the AD2000. In terms of quality, its deep, tight controlled and very impactful. The midrange is sweet sounding as usual and its warm and lush but no behind the veil sound of the sennheisers. These are quick impressions after owning them for about a week or so. Imo, the K701's do all genres of music well. Definitly a good all rounder!
  19. Just speculating....But hey if you get them here, you'll have a year of warranty. Pretty good for a little premium. Since Blue Tin is going for 1600ish, and from what I've seen, Hung has always been quite a bit cheaper than bluetin, lets speculate the price to be $1450 !!! Please, pray with me everyone!
