  1. Let's be clear, there is nothing wrong about buying from Stereo, no argument there. Prices are upfront, no need to bargain. So please support Stereo if you find it more convenient to go there. For those of us who live way down south, there's SLS. After this thread, I should really consider opening a store in Harbour front.
  2. Just check with Audio Technica Singapore, might take a while for the new stocks. So urgent buyers can approach Hung bros or online stores like bluetin.com. Will update you guys when stocks are available.

  8. Not officially launch yet but when they are, I'll let everyone know. Auditioning isn't a problem, problem is whether Woodlands in too far for you. Price TBA, due to possible adjustment by the Singapore distributor when they are here.

  10. Due to overwhelming response the Audio Technica ATH-W5000 and ATH-A900LTD is once again out of stock, new stocks expected to arrive somewhere early March. New model, the Audio Technica ATH-AD2000 will arrive together in this coming shipment, price TBA. Cresyn, the Korean earphone company will be making their way to our store coming Monday. Elecom, the Japanese earphone company will also be making their way to our store on coming Tuesday. Sennheiser HD-497 has been discontinued by successor HD-415 priced at around $99. Demo model available. Sennheiser CX-300 earphone will be launch 3rd week of March. Retail price $129 before discount. Available in black and silver. Sennheiser new models!! The PMX-100 and 200 neckband headphones will reach our store coming tuesday. Price TBA. These models are similar design to the PX-100 and 200 except in the neckband design.

  15. Finally....... coming this afternoon, only 20 units available. Retails for $119 tentatively until further notice.
  16. Not sure how true it is, but I heard that HJE70 is just a 're-housed' HJE50, so they sounded similar (supposed to share same driver), with HJE70 cost about 3.5x HJE50 for the aluminium housing. Well, anyway, I would be interested to test HJE70 as well I don't think they are the same, even if they are, the bass have definitely been tweaked for the better.

  20. Arnie Nudell designed the first high end speaker for infinity in the 1980s call the Infinity Reference Standard or the IRS in short. People remember it because it was one of the first speaker with ribbon tweeters, ribbon midranges in a dipole configuration AND it also had a total of TWELVE 12-inch woofers controlled by dedicated servo amplifiers. Even if you strike this week's toto, it'll take more than the average room for this babies to sing.
