  1. Hi SE. The MX400 you are selling, is it straight entry silver plug or L shaped? Thanks. The Sennheiser MX-400CS is a straight entry silver plug.
  2. The Sennheiser PX-10 is mostly used for sports if not sweaty users. Due to its sideway entry design, isolation is poor but good as you can still hear sound ( as well as noise) outside. Its 1metre length, so if you intend to put your mp3 or discman in a slingbag then the length might be too short. High sensitivity headphone, so able to attend reasonably loud volume. Straight entry silver plug, good or bad depends on you, some prefer the L-shape entry for its durability. Suggested retail price $28.90 inclusive of GST Hope this helps.
  3. Suggest something and let me consider....... things like 50% for Shure, don't bother to ask.
  4. Thank god it's US dollars..... whew.....
  5. The ATH-CK5 earphones have 3 colours all together, white, red and black. Top sales goes to white, black then red, ratio like 6:3:1. So in order to clear off the unpopular red, they came out with this package plan to bundle the 3 colours together.
  6. Good news, if it's not too far for you, you can drop by to audition ( no obligation, don't worry... ) the HD-485, but only got one unit because Sennheiser Asia ran out of stocks. Print your forum ID, look for me and I'll try to squeeze a discount if you're buying it.
  7. Sorry about the looking at you service...... We usually do that in case you have any questions or need to demo another model, don't mean to stress you out. I agree to have a better demo experience, Music by design is the place to go, not so noisy and not so much people walking here and there distracting your demo and better demo equipment. Just want you to understand we can't do most of that partly because we are more of a sim lim style electronic shop unlike MBD which is a high end hifi shop, different concept different style therefore different service. Still, no excuse for bad or poor service. Apologise on behalf of Stereo Electronics.
  8. Sorrie for the wrong info..... Or maybe you might want to consider the HD-515 instead? $20 more.
  9. Just don't come over my shop, sold all the HD-485 these few days and is currently out of stock. Singapore suggested retail price is $159 and best place I'll recommend to demo as long as you want would be Tangs, but probably cheaper to buy at Hung bros.
  10. Koss earphones are available in our shop now. Models in stock currently.... 1. The plug 2. P-9 3. KCS-55 4. KCS-75 5. KCS-6 6. Porta pro 7. UR-20 PM me for prices if you're lazy to drop by.
  11. Price revision for Etymotic Research ER-6, ER-6i, ER-4p. For price enquiry, you can contact our shop directly, e-mail or PM me.
  12. Finally, interested or not interested but curious people can audition this reasonably priced headphone amplifier. Already open one set for demo but haven't got a CD player hooked up yet, but interested parties can bring your own MP3 player or any source. Built is good and solid enough for the $199 price tag, internal blue light when switch on, multi voltage (100v - 240v). Audio Technica Singapore warranty the set against manufacture defects.
  13. They wouldn't fit the Sony 888, the earphones that will fit the earjams has to be round like this --->
  14. I not sure where you can find Cresyn in Singapore but they definitely have some Audio Technica look alike earphones.....OEM? Cresyn Website
  15. I wouldn't recommand the Audio Technica ATH-CK5, it first lacks the basic isolation and comfort for the average users, then it also sounded kinda lean on the bottom end consistently on a few mp3 players I've tried, vocal is ok but only ok. Philips HE-9500 is a pretty new model and since its brand isn't reputated for making audiophile grade earphones, few people were willing to give it a shot, but definitely compared to the CK5, I heard better comments about this earphone from my customers. Most said it sounded pretty similar to the Panasonic HJE-50, so I guess they don't sound so bad. The creative EP-630 sounds quite like the Sharp 33, maybe because it is the Sharp's OEM version..... anyway, they sound good for the money, if you dun't have much time to waste, grab the EP-630. Hope this helps. Cheers.
  16. Another option for you - Philips HE-9500 $49
  17. Happen to come come across this sexy headphone amplifier..... USD510. Available online. Anyone? Larocco
