I second the Pico. My other favourite is the Hornet. but I have not tried them with the Westone UM3s... Pico aslo has the advantage of a Lithium battery - which lasts longer!

if you don't mind open headphone check ot the Grado RS-1 or GS-1000... but the GS-1000 requires a decent amp....

try the nuforece nm-7 . additional bonus is that it has a mic - so you can use it with your iphone or phones too! sorry I meant nuforce nm-7.
