The "burnt" marks at the edges of the countersunk can be wiped off, using ur fingernail n a tissue.

Hope you guys will like the panels after receiving from heady bro! I had done 15 sets, so got 2 extra if anyone is still interested. Btw the countersunk have cause the sides of the acrylic be quite fragile. Do be more careful when screwing in and out the panels.

Rowell court should sell 2mm clear acrylic. ask them to "polish" the acrylic front n back..

just an update! I tried etching on my "coated" acrylic, it was well! And due to the coating, burnt marks could be rubbed off!

If everything works out well, I don't mind doing overseas orders if large quantities Payment via western union. Sorry tonight I can't try on the coated acrylic for sample.. gotta rush for some other stuffs.

oh ya! I had some coated acrylic when I bought from the rowell court shop sometime ago. Maybe I'll try laser etching on them tonight
