  1. Oops! sorryyyyy. Peak Fusion is located at Joo Chiat Road,I was there last year, cannot remember exact location, try calling them at 6342-2301, i still keep their number on my PDA heeeheee
  2. Hi Sipher Hung doesn't sell, my mate got it direct from Beyer's agent - Peak Fusion.
  3. There are many such headsets for consumers, try Funan IT Mall or Challenger. If you want better ones in terms of headohone and microphone quality,Beyer has this DT234Pro headset.A firend of mine has this (he works at home as a regional representative for a US IT/networking firm) and it is good, especially the cardiod microphone (long distance POC linked net call is routine). If you want a headset that lasts and well built, consider this - it goes around S$120.The cheaper ones are OK.....but crappy and spoils easily.
  4. Hi Guyferd, looks like you have fallen into a deep black with no return .You reminded me when at my school going age, I got suck into hi-fi with my first purchase of NAD CD Player, the rest is history.Somehow I feel you're very young, exactly how i felt then.I agree with mackie, for ablaze, never say never again.Till you hear the best sound you ever heard, not neccessary the most expensive, you will be duly rewarded. Its a matter of opening your heart to receive more new things. Thanks to this forum I "accidently" tread upon,i bought my first pair of headphone!Used to be a non believer, always think speakers are the one and only way, fellow forerunners "convinced" me and now I own a pair of mid-priced Beyer DT990Pro,I am enjoying every moment, from my CD phone out or even late night E-Premier matches from TV output.ENJOY while you can.

That means the two models are not available through Sony Singapore?

    Sony Cans

To all in forum Where can I find Sony CD-2000/3000 in Singapore? They look terrific, and based on Sony site in US, it retail at US$349 and US$699 respectively. Thanks.
  7. How is DT150? I always keen to know as if my memory proves me correct, this is an evergreen model for studio users - its looks date back to the 70'. Question like...does it suit home use? how about modern music? does it sound flat? without the kicks? but of course, if a user is using DT150, he is unlikely to listen to house/techno????
  8. Not only service, but frank impartial advice, condusive environment- meaning with run-in head amps and headphones, not noisy environment eg. no loud music blarring from neighbours, and lots of patience and non-pushy sales staff. Am I asking too much? 5% is reasonable, Rameish, and thanks for your earlier reply, and I am glad you dare to ask such question.
  9. Rameish You mentioned at your post in Head-Fi that you are in talk with beyer distributor, any outcome? It would be good to the community if we can have a no oblgation trial with Corda head amp without the need of going down to the retail shops and suffering from "see-me-no-up" and "care-less" attitudes.
  10. I heard that most importers of Europe based products will see a rise in price due to the extremely strong Euro $. It is now 1.91 against S$! Ouch! From my experience, it does not make economical sense to buy from overseas considering the fees, exchange rate loss, for such a small value product. You can call Beyer local distributor - Peak Fusion Pte Ltd - for an enquiry of availability and price. This guys deal mainly with the professional community with the well acclaimed DT -100, 150, 48 - but they are ok to talk to. Bargain is a no-no, as you know, distributor sticks to their retail prices.
