That's really some achivement. I still find it strange especially when there is no prize. What satisfaction can they get out of it. My papa showed me how the children of highly respected families behave and they are my role models. As I think through I really want to encourage these people to continue being silly. It will make life easy for us foreign born Singaporeans. The opportunity is given to us and we do not even have to fight for it. This and other local forums will suffer but why should I care when nobody does anyway.

Yes, I am most certainly trying to understand this strange mentality as to why there are people who go out of their way to make themselves look silly. Seriously, what are they trying to achieve? some deep seated angst to hit out and tell the world, "hey, I don't give a Sxxx about what you think of me". Fortunately or not, my folks frown on such behavior and it has rubbed off on me. When I first started learning English, I have to make so much effort and even now I have to speak a little slower than I would like, to make sure I am understood. But to each his own. Otherwise there will be too many smart people for me to compete with, so looking back, I am glad there are people like that. Maybe I should start wishing there are more "lyke" him.
  6. It has nothing to do with dragging your parents. You dragged them in with your silly and childish behavior. I am sure I am not the only one here who does not condone this baby talk. The internet has no boundaries and everyone all over the world will read this. Just imagine the world laughing at us. I am an adopted son of this country and I am so ashamed that there are people here who refuse to grow up. That's why foreigners like me have opportunities over here. Go to head-fi and you will see even young people make an attempt to be taken seriously. You on the otherhand persist in making yourself look silly. Why don't you go join a baby talk forum. Go take your medicine. Also, good luck and stay silly all your life.
  7. I respect you a lot otherwise I would not write. I have just turned 18 and unlike many people I have to do things for my papa. I have to attend meetings with him and I tell you I have no luxury to behave like an imbecile. Do you actually talk and behave like this in real life or are you a closet idiot and the forum gives you this opportunity to behave this way. I have seen 3 year olds who speak better than you. Your parents must be really proud of you? Go get a life or better still take your medicne.

  12. You can get Cardas interconnect. There was an annoucement by Jaben the other day.
  13. Budget would definitly be around and not more than 300 S$. I am into rock (soft, hard, progressive, garage, 80s). And currently prefer the in ear Apple headphones for their rather clean sound. But I'd like something with somewhat more power and more comfortable. You can also ask Jaben to make earmolds for your apple earphones. I've seen one being made.
  14. Beyer prices are cheaper in Singapore and you still have the local warranty. Check with Jaben.
