u will die with either one of the grados selections..... ok just to do a huge favor for u but later dun blame me that u couldnt sleep or study..... rs-1= 2x soundstage and superb mids with very tight bass -after hearing the flaghip amp ...uber sorry to say yur amp really couldnt make it hf-2 = one of the most solid bass and airry highs i heard without any warmth..very neutral,forward and linear gs 1000 = well a lot amps have problem driving these bloody gs1000 but with the hd250....they have solid bass foundation that rivals to hf-2 and not muddy with soundstage of hd800 itself..... ps-1 = well needless to say.....one of top high end grados which beats k1000 bass, hd800 bass and have very very sparkly silky highs that all ps-1 rolled off....a wonderful 3d dynamic cans which have emotions,vocals and bass combined... uber u better stop thinking

ceh .....later then u come and start poisoning me with yur stax then jig and ical will come bashing me with their O2s and HE90/He60 and their amps combos later how i will survive this onslaught ? i think better stay away from u guys ler one after another, injecting venoms on poor helpless victims

now trying at comfort of my home with Kids5000 darkvoice 337....and his new HD250 se ... uber.. his mad amp is......well better keep quiet 1st .....tension tension.... and sorry to say the dv cannot come close to it's silky smooth and deep full 3d bass for the dv amp, it has plenty of power to drive the stubborn K1000 at onli 40% volume at 1st very harsh sibliances can be heard and very very sharp pain ( ouch ) highs on my ears got headache and couldnt finish 1 track .... well did some cables matching, tweaks and reshuffle the tubes for my dac.... (ahem) yup k1000 doesnt sound like any headphones...instead like Hifi speakers itself and compare to HD800, it released itself from virtually headphones ....pure musical midrange,silky highs and omg the bass ..... it has very good deep bass than hd800.....i almost cried when heard my favourite orchestral.....and female's vocals sound so real and 3d....touch my face and whispering music to my ears..... damm MUST get 1 of this baby!!!!!!

hd650 b4 recabling sounds very veilly and muddy after recabling heh u get very fast,wide open soundstage and very seductive midrange but it also depends on yur source and yur amp .... if u can stretch out yur budget try the beyer dt880 32 ohms it may suit yur taste just change the beyer pads to leather and u get fast articulate deep bass which is great for pop

u been promoted to sith lord kidult but very weirdler bro yur source like bottlenecking rest of the awesome rig... time to get a good source?

jus to share with u guys the maverick b4 burning in has really shrilling highs and very rough on edges almost kill me with my dt880 and Hd800 just did a some tweaking on maverick and change the fuse to silver/gold hifi fuse.... tamed down the hisssing sound considerably and more smoother put some telos gold caps and now it sounds more fuller and less edging to hear

B22 and B24 r really a test of measurements of yur d.i.y. skills if u r planning to build it, better get some1 who is skilled enough or if u r very confident of yur skills the parts doesnt come cheap and it varies from builder's skills to the whole outcome of yur B22
