red_ryder 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2004 (edited) Since we have a sticky for headphone prices, why not one for amps as well? I for one would find it very useful since I'm shopping around for a headamp. It would also help enlighten us newbies which amps are available locally, who are the dealers, and which amps we have to get online. Thanks Rameish for your input! --------Rameish---------------------- Grado RA-1 (S$630) Nett Creek OBH-21 (S$600 + approx) - Hung Bros Creek OBH21 SE (S$700 +) - Hung Bros Spark Audio's Cayin HA-1A (S$650) + GST - Precision Audio at Adelphi Musical Fidelity X-Cans V3 (S$630 - S$720 - dependent on you bargaining skills) Edited April 17, 2004 by Rameish

N@Z 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2004 All we need now is for contributions to be made into this thread. If there is enough input then we can place it as a sticky. The moderators will edit the first post like on the headphone prices thread (as & when posts are made) for easy reference. In order not to have too many stickies for the time being, any related equipment like Source, cables etc will be included in this thread but it will be seperately sub-headed in first post. The usual posting format should be standardized: Model, Price, Shop & any relevant remarks. Discussions should be avioded (start a seperate thread) unless specifically relating to the aforementioned. Rameish 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2004 Okay, Instead of this becoming a very long thread with numerous posts. I shall appoint myself as keeper of prices. So PM me your intel: let me know the model number, price, gst (hey it's at 5% so it does make a difference), and location of outlet. Cheers
