papaya86 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2004 my koss 35 has been working fine all along until recently, a problem surfaced. Whenever i make a movement that causes the head/plug of the koss 35 to bend slightly upwards, the right channel (right headphones) loses connection and thus losing sound for the right headphone. If i leave it untouch it works perfectly fine as normal. but this isnt possible as when on the move, the head/plug will definately have some movement and the problem will pop out. The connection must be loose or faulty, is there ani way to fix it, i tried taping the plug up so dat it doesnt move but sadly, it still does. Or isit possible i request for a replacement unit of koss 35 from koss itself?
seiko_citizen 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2004 could try asking... but i doubt koss will replace it as they will most likely say it is abuse
