peekarwe 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2004 Yes, I got him to do the testing for me. I hav been there 3 times over the past week. Twice was to buy lar. So he has been quite ok to me. The problem is, I cranked it up quite loud and it was ok there. I went home and tested out on my integrated amp and it was ok too. So now, I have been able to deduce that it's the amp too weak to pump up the original source, which was weak in the first place. Also, if I pump the volume up too high, it's fair that it will crackle as well. I believe none of us have maxed out the volume pot on our stereo have we? Afterburner 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2004 (edited) I cant imagine for my DT-770pro @ 250 ohms the power required to power them.
