Apprecaite if you can show more pictures? I'll like to see the tear on the leather that you are talking about. It's not really clear in your original post.

Period of use? And you lost the headphone case?

Maybe it'd help to be a little more explicit in your sales post like:

 

1. Are you the original owner?, or 2nd or 3rd owner?

 

2. Period of use (combined with original owner, or owners, if applicable)

 

3. Clearer pics, or allow potential buyers to examine first.

 

4. what actually happened to the rather expensive looking carrying case that the cd3ks come in.

1.I am not the original owner.

2.The original owner didn't ship it to me and came up with all kinds of excuses even if ablaze had helped me to bug him for it.

3.The tear is hardly visible unless you take a very close look on it.

4.I will post a clearer picture very soon...

idfka: Like I've mentioned earlier and shown you on these photos the tear are indeed hardly visible unless you take very close inspection on it. Furthermore they're on the 'inner side' aka close to the drivers and hence you wouldn't really notice it when you use it daily in and out.
