Blues 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2003 I am not sure of digital amplifier coz not many are using them. But I suspect they are not as good as the normal amp. Not sure.. better wait for review. However the reviewer did say that there's some back ground noise (I think he said static hiss) when playing music. Quite possibly due to unstable power supply from the USB link (it does not require an external power supply). N@Z 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2003 If I recall correctly there was a comment made on Head-Fi something concerning the output from a USB which is not powerful in the first place for audiophile quality sound.
