Kippei 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2005 The website say free delivery for $30 and above. It is what i got from the email. Thank you for your enquiry and interest in our products. There is a S$5.00 delivery charge for orders less than S$50.00 through credit card purchase. However, if you are purchasing through cash on delivery, your orders will have to be more than S$10.00 and S$10.00 delivery charge is applicable for our courier company to deliver and collect cash from you. Advance payment is required for items that we do not have stock availability at our local warehouse. 5-7 days' delivery or longer from our UK office/suppliers will be advised. You may wish to collect your items at our warehouse at 15 Tai Seng Drive, 3rd floor between 8.30 am - 6.30 pm on weekdays or 9.00 - 12.00 pm (on Saturdays) , if you do not wish to incur delivery charges. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you further.

Northern Oak 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2005 I have spoken to Farnell's CSO about this and she tells me that if: 1. order online, total before GST > S$30 = free delivery. 2. order by the phone, total before GST > S$50 = free delivery. Else I need to pay S$10 for delivery. Very different from your version. I've only ordered the parts from them 2 weeks ago.
