N@Z 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2005 I was munching to Frito Lay's Stax chips this evening when it popped into my mind, "How do they make these things?" It says on the packaging it's made from 'Dehydrated potatoes' I tried making a search for the information & got info overload! I haven't found anything specifically on how they make it yet. Especially into those perfect little curved oval shapes. I'm really curious now, does anyone know so they can tell me & put me out of my misery!
