jasonhanjk 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2005 Dunno, but they seems to have better service. Especially Mary. Like to see her when I visit there. You should not miss it too.
Rameish 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2005 Federal may indeed cost a bit more on certain things but they can help you order stuff from farnell etc. Somtimes its cheaper to pay a little extra for the part so that you dont need to send time and money hunting it. Kube 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2005 Well, the only reason I have currently to visit Federal is the Farnell catalogue book. The only place else I can see one is at my poly. BTW, does anyone else find it hard to find stuff on their online catalogue?
Kippei 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2005 Nope. It take quite a bit of googling skill though. Why go through the paper way when it is done auto for you

BTW, does anyone else find it hard to find stuff on their online catalogue? Farnell on-line catalogue has improve alot. It's much easier to find what you want. Use to prefer RS-component, but now Farnell is better. And you get their latest price on line. The new hardcopy catalogue do not has prices on them anymore. jasonhanjk 0 Report post Posted October 2, 2005 Hmm. I didn't know the new version doesn't have pricing anymore. The good thing about the paper catalogue is they have a more precise picture than the online one.
