BTW, Akihabara mentioned the model being MDR-CD900ST but the pics refer to EX90SL.

Interesting! Sony always up to funny ideas lol. From the pics, the grill looks like a E888 driver. I hope it is! Hmm...13.5mm, i forgot E888's size.

 

If they're the same size, can remove the attachement and attach it onto a E888. lol. Hope this is a winner. Brushed metal is the in thing these days!

A total of 6 sound control parts are used for EX Monitor MDR-EX90LP that includes an ultra-thin gasket to keep out particles to ensure sound clarity and accuracy.

For protection and maintenance of these premium earphones, the EX Monitor MDR-EX90LP comes with long bushing to prevent frustrating entanglement and damage to the long earphone cords.
