Right click your iPod , click iPod properties ( or something like that ) , near to the end , there will be a checkbox saying "Enable disk use" .... click that check box and save your settings .... HMMM ... My GF one dun have this kind of folders leh ... did you enable Window's show hidden folders ? But you should have your library , pictures and video folders wan mah ?
