Their staffs are pleased to serve you. They also provide various fit kits to suit your needs. A good seal is VERY IMPORTANT for in-ear earphones. You will lose bass response and the sound will tend to be over bright without a good seal. There are no magic directions because everybody’s ear canal size and shape are different. If you push it in too far, you may block the tiny opening of the ear tip. You need to be patient to determine the best way to adjust them to your own unique anatomy. The best way to determine which earphones suit you better is experience yourself than listening advice from others. You know what you need and your ears never lie you. Trust you ears. Tell them what you are looking for and they recommend you a few options. Audio Fidelity: I noticed all your IEMs are fitted with the yellow foams. You don't like using complys?
