erickoh 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2003 EAC plus LAME I use the following switches for LAME to compress: -q0 -V0 -mj --lowpass 19.5 --scale 0.99 --cwlimit 10.7 -b96 Wortel: You may need to download a wnaspi32.dll and use external ASPI interface (if you cant find the file PM me with your email)
evil-zen 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2003 EAC http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/ CDex if EAC doesn't work for your comp. http://www.cdex.n3.net/ erickoh, why don't you use the presets instead? --alt-preset extreme or --alt-preset standard might match the bitrate of -v0 and should sound better since it is tweaked. mychew 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2003 I use CloneCD for creating image file and cd copying...
evil-zen 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2003 EAC has complete facilties for extraction and burning of audio. You need to (Copy Image and Create Cue sheet). Then open the CD writing facilities from Tool/Write CDR. Load the cue sheet and burn. thats it. the best way of copying a CD that i know of. CloneCD doesn't not work well for audio cds and EAC may be the better answer. I personally haven't tried out clonecd versus EAC, just following the experts.
