notlie 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2007 (edited) Hi all, just discovered this wonderful & informative forum and i've got a question to ask. I've a Shure e4c (2 yrs warranty) but i lost the receipt, it's about a year alrdy and i'm wondering if Shure needs receipt or any proof of date purchased when i bring in to RMA? And, where can I go for RMA? Edited June 3, 2007 by notlie
Singapura 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2007 Wouldn't it be faster and more reliable to call Shure about this? http://shure.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/shure.cf...enduser/ask.php
radioactive28 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2007 You probably can't get any local warranty, but if all the reports of good customer service are true, Shure USA should give you your RMA. The jack has a serial number that'll help them ID the batch and date of production.
metrablue 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2007 Erm where did you get your phones?? If it is local, you may try your luck and bring it back to the store or maybe the SG distributor, they might be able to identify the earphones product ID. If you got it overseas, just mail it back to Shure USA.
