Or if you stay in Tampine or Simei, you can pass me the board and I help you debug it. Cheers.
alamakazam 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2008 (edited) I saw his blog pictures, uhmm is not right.... very bad you solder you component 1 by 1 on the board first, later than you connect them by solder bridge or wires so depending on how you plan on the board, you can actually have less wires I think some stuff are just cold solder without contact a micromouse example, not amp Edited October 12, 2008 by alamakazam
Coolben 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2008 Sigh, kind of gave up for a while, exams over now... Think i'll try again. How to tell if its a cold solder? I didn't take a pic of the soldering on the second one before i got pissed and melted down all the solder and screwed up the board. heady 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2008 himm i got question ah. Where can i buy solering tool>? so far i only solder pipe before. How different isit from circuit board? Can buy from Sim Lim Tower. Got lots of choice. The difference soldering electronic circuit and pipes is that you cannot hold soldering iron to electronic parts for too long, they will get damaged, maybe even melt. Guest fiiophile Report post Posted November 8, 2008 Gah, any updates on your CMOY? Interested to start 1 too. Got all my soldering items and tools as I'm a cable DIYer. Where do I start with? Finding OpAmps and what else?
