Comes with volume knobs for left and right channels, so you can connect to CDP directly. It also accepts 2 input channel and is bridgable. This is a very powerful amp able to drive my KEF Reference 103/4, AE2 and AE1 at ease. Sound has lots of drive and is smooth. Amp is still in very good working condition some scratches on top. It's very heavy at around 20kg and I think the casing is make of steel. It is also very heavy, 15kg unfilled. It is around 14.5" high including the spikes. This pair of stands is excellent for small room deco because of it's glossy black finish and black marble finish base. Condition is 8.5/10 with some light scratches on the top plate due to speaker placement. Paid around 1k for it around 1 year ago. Not sure of the age as I bought 2nd hand, but in great working condition, no tracking problems. Hi Guys, have the above 2 items for sale. 1) Grado SR60 --sold Slightly less than a year old, still in excellent working condition. Bought new from Music By Design. Cosmetic wise, the "Grado" word on the right side lost some of its silver colour. And also due to frequent usage, the cables near to the phones are twisted. But sound is not affected. BTW, I have checked with AA's boss on the pads before, he also told me no solution. Just wondering if there are any people that custom make velos pads. haha, crossfingers.

Hi Guys, Thanks for the advises. Actually I already have a Beyer DT990, Caiyin HA-1A and Philips CD950 for my home rig. What I want now is a headphone for my portable rig. with my Zen micro. I have 2 portable amps already, DIY CMOY2 and Meta42. Main requirement is closed design, punchy bass, comfort for long listening of upto 4 hours continous listening. By the way, I have also tried the cans with the AA's amp which concludes that my current preference is DT150. I'm currently using Grado SR60(too much sound escape outside the phones) and Senn PX200(uncomfortable) anyway, anybody has any idea of anybody can custom make velo pads for DT150?

Haiz, looks like I have not much choice. Went down to AA to test out the Beyer cans, initially, thought that I will definitely buy the DT660 but after listening, felt that it's not my cup of tea when coupled with my Zen micro. In fact, not any of the new Beyers. In the end, likes the DT770 and DT150. DT150 is my first choice but will need to mod it to 35mm plugs and since it's leather I'm concern that I will feel "hot" after listening for too long. Normally, I listen for long hours on flights. Looks like DT770 will be my only choice. Mackie, any difference between DT770 and DT770Pro?

Hi. Just like to help a little. If you are looking for non-bright cdps and you like Marantz cdps, you have to be careful in your selection because certain Marantz cdps are bright sounding. Generally, Marantz cdps have a more forward vocal or mid presentation. Low-end Rotels are also quite clincal sounding as well. Below is my limited experience, Bright sounding: CD6000/5000/4000, CD63/63SE (Not as bright as the CD6000 though) Warm and smooth sounding: CD17MKIII (can be bright for filter 1), CD63KI, CD7300, CD72(can be too smooth and slow for some), CD85

ok, will try them out with my DIY CMOY2 then. I remember getting a warmer sound, more bass punch but not really deep. But the reason I'm asking for recommendation is I might need one for extreme portability as there are times I dun want to bring a bag at all, just a MP3 player and the earphones, if I add in a amp, that means I will bring a bag. In that case I will bring my Grados instead.
