  9. Hi zhapchit, you can get these at the shop in suntec city, i think at level 4 near the kids section.
  10. Use a spoon and wedge it between the gap and SLOW wriggle it free. Its not easy, but why do you wanna do that?
  11. I think the mid-high and the high-low are quite obvious. I quickly pop back in after i took it off for a single track.

  13. From one of the pic, you can see that it comes with a wall charger.. Mystery solved, it should have internal battery. Thus PORTABLE. Or could i be wrong? http://generationmp3.com/index.php/2006/10...re-baladeur-mp3
  14. Hi Mackie, thanks for the diagram, Have always been looking for one just like this. Hi zer061zer0, so what have you discovered with RCA trick on the digital coaxial?
  15. I say the filter is the best bet for bright system, it really took the sharpness off and adds thump to the bass.
  16. Hi zero61zero, Improvement forget liao. But its still in my system, too lazy to plug out and in again. No harm trying out, simple and cheap trial. I would go in the order of power cable, filters and cheap thrill. All what the hack, just lump all then slowly remove each to find out what you're missing. Sometime we waste too much time fine tuning our system and miss out all the music. Cheers, clemo
  17. Hi fongalv, I got the QuietLine filter years ago in Adelphi. Its somewhere from 70 to 100, if i remember correctly. For the coaxial plug, use a RCA and short it with a 75ohm resistor. Cheers, clemo
  18. Hi Shiro, I have DIYed power cords from 83803, they do me is value for money but i think there is also a version with only two wire (cheaper) provided your cdp does not need the earth. To smooth all the spikes, try Audio Prism - Quite Line filters. They work wonders. Lastly plug in a 75ohm resistor in the cdp coaxial out if there is one. Above are some external mods. Try all external mods before stripping your baby. Cheers, clemo
  19. Hi norseman, it semms you kinda regret doing the kramer act. I personally hate bright cans. Think better not touch it, just enjoy it as stock.
  20. Hi evian vortex, what's you take on the sound after the mod?
