All burnin after 1 week. Tested it with some HD650 + Mobius, yummy. Very neutral sounding, this amp has got a very unique signature, none I have ever come across but nontheless non very ss sounding, IMHO that is money well spent.

I saw the latest Norah Jones in China for RMB10 which is S$2, look just like the real thingie. The crackling thingie is not so much about the quality of the pressing but basically due to bad mastering n engineering, which can be fixed in post production.

Partnered and tested it with the Musical Fidelity A3.2 + Van Den Hul ic + AT L3000, for a just out-of-the-box unit I must say that it kick some ass. Tonally if compared with the XP-7 it lacks a little "whack" on the low bass region but than again my XP-7 is also well burn-in. For less than S$200, I guess the "Original" master is a bargain, with external power supply n opamp "rollable". Burnin-in for the next five days, will post some impressions later.

And yes b4 I forget, a tip on getting good retail service anywhere is - always to address the service staff by their first name if you can, a real ego booster for most + will definitely and in my case get me the attention all the time. No Hey, helo miss/mr, "execute me" please:rolleyes: Did anyone actually bother to find out the names of any of the service staff?

Ask for Douglas Hung, he is the most accomodating person that I've ever met in the business. Why bother with the rest when you can deal with one the "Hung" in the Hung Brothers.

I'll be travelling to China next week and thinking bout organizing a power buy for the above mentioned n recently much hyped Xindak power outlet.
