the Irukandji sound is getting better and better everyday the soundstage is amazingly large and details !!! with some recording, soundstage even expanded outside of my ED9 ! just like home speakers, it out of the box!! low is getting very deep, detail and transparent on all genres but lacking abit of impact only on electronic music. the bass drum is yet satisfying.... since the caps was cooked, it need time to let the caps cool down i think. I know the impact will come back since the 4.7uf caps do. the vocals is just right & beautiful. it is neither forward nor recess. it just "there"! you will not see a big mouth in front of you haha... the iMod sound is warmer like analog. iMod soundstage is not as big as CD combo but Hi is smoother imo. Overall, I'm enjoying every little note on both combo so far

indeed this item is very interesting! My iMod+iQube+iDock+ED9 combo can sounds equally good as my CD player+iDock+Yamamoto+ED9 combo. it can easily hear the hall sound when playing live recording! this is a big step of the 4.7µF Sonicaps imo.

this jellyfish aka Irukandji aka Carukia sounds is double or even triple of Valgrind Sonicaps 4.7µF performances!!! I can't believe my iMod can sounds like a Hi End CD player! I hope to loan a Gryphon Mikado signature Cd player for comparison

actually we had Ultrasone Proline750 (owned by Amit), Voyager & IEM silver recable (owned by Gba_Chia. Sorry if I get the recable name wrong) on the list too. Thanks to both Jabenites for the loan too bad nobody has detachable IEM to try the recable Ultrasone Proline 750 really sounds good after long hours of burn in. With the potential of recable HFI-780 we heard, maybe owners of Proline750 can consider to recable the can I truly enjoyed meeting all you guys. It really a good opportunity to hear so many wonderful cans and portable amps at one shot. And we even have live phone call from Philippines to follow up the process lol. Special thanks to Aron for loaning us 2 well sounding newly releases headphones from Audio Technica Pictures and more reviews are coming soon

i'm also looking for good audiophile piano recordings.... everytime, after listening to a live piano performance, i will not listen to my piano CD for a while... ya just can't feel the "twanggggg"...... don't have the "shiok" feeling

rockboxed iPod can switch between the original and rockboxed interface/firmware with a simple reboot. you may uninstall rockbox if you don't like it. apple original firmware will remain.

rockbox don't need to use iTunes, you just drag and drop files to your ipod
