I'll never be sick of my Shures that for sure. For non IEMs I rather get the MDR-E888. So is your set burned-in yet?

Yup and your portable setup is more portable without an amp. But I don't care I'll still use soon-to-arrive PA2V2. Lol...!

They replied and gave me a soft copy (E-Mail) of the invoice. I replied that I wanted a hard copy and they wanted to fax me but declined as I don't have any fax machine.

Well I have an X-Fi Elite Pro and Sony D-EJ925. Connected the optical out of The D-EJ925 to the optical in of the X-Fi break-out box. No sound came out. Went to the audio console and saw that : S/PDIF-In : <UNKNOWN> bit, stereo, 44100Hz

Damn, I love bass and treble. Guess I'm gonna stick to my E4c after all. Hope the 'soon' to arrive PA2V2 helps to boost the bass. Lol...!

Any of you guys know how long does it takes to ship this from Gary to your doorstep. I ordered 7 days ago and still have not received the package yet. Eager to know how it sounds like when connect to my X-Fi. Sigh... All this waiting is killing me.

Forgot about that. I guess the system is alright. No problems or what so ever. Listening using the SR-80. The bass is just awsome.

When I installed the drivers, didn't notice if it was completed or not. My computer restarted itself(didn't see the shut down window at all). When windows load up, it said windows recovered from a serious error but the X-Fi drivers and software load normally. Just auto-update the drivers just now. So far so good nothing abnormal detected. Playing the settings as of now. Should I leave it as it is or make a new installation(format and all)?

Damn, feel like getting the E5c. Lol...! My parents would scream at me. Just got the E4c about 2 months ago.

Thanks guys. Just ordered the Cardas even though is slightly above my budget. Lol...! Now waiting impatiently for both my PA2V2 and Cardas.

Well I should be receiving my PA2V2 soon. All I want to get now is to get a better cable. Not having an insane budget but maybe max at 20 bucks? It's my first amp so quite a noob in this matter. The wire doesn't have to be long though 15 to 20 cm is more than enough for me. Sony MZ-NH1 > PA2V2 (soon) > Shure E4c

I will include the whole package (blister packaging, fit kit and the earphone cover). Triple flangs will be sold at additional $14. Came with my E4c but didn't use it as my old triple flangs has already been seasoned.
