Have just tried ED8 yesterday. Comfort and isolation is very good! For the design, the headband beside(not the leather part) gives me a plastic feel when see from the inner side..||| But it doesn't matter for me, as long as it sounds good. Treble is there and does not have sibilance, mid is very nice! Bass is powerful and slightly more "boom" than my taste..Very, very nice for male bass vocal.. After encouraged by Jojo for what he had done, I believe I should bring something that ED8/9 can have a battle with..maybe next week..hope they are still there..I may prefer a close can, see what ED8 can do.. PS: Sony X1000 player is a very nice sounding little player!! should have brought my ESW9 to try out..

Sounds like my ESW9 and ESW10..I decide to keep them both as they are totally different and in same league..Both have their own strength..

Wow I need to have a try for it..Have HD800 and it sound marvelous, but not so useful as it disturb others, it leaks the sound like a speaker And it does sound lifeless if you don't pair it with something suitable...So far NX-03 done a good job.. Does ED8 sound great even without any amp ,like for example plug into notebook?

Just came back from the event.. Very friendly peoples there..help out me a lot.. Outcome is a satisfied customer. Thank you Senn Asia. The amp there is I believe, not suitable for HD800..Dry on Mids and High.. But in my home with my NX-03, it sounds better! (You know what that means)

USD1399=S$2,019.60=Not too good for S$2199 No free gift or promotion for the HD800 Singapore launch? Well, at least you get the very first few batch(before they start to cut cost and use cheaper parts, which happened in lots of headphones).. Can you compare with your previous headphones owned and their pros and cons with respect to HD800? I think HD800 lack of these info in Head-fi reviews instead of only describing HD800 sound characteristics. Thanks for your early news Barradio!!

Sound Gallery 2nd floor..The place is quite packed by people and poisonous equipments.. Very sweet sounded Yamamoto HA-02..It is an art as well.. Chord CD player..the price..start from number 8?! CEC CD players...driven by belt..well quite slow in detecting tracks for my opinion.. Bluenote CD player..paired up with HA-01.. Tried this bundle for a long time with my DT990..very good sounding... Earmax Silver..Good synergy with my DT990..powerful punchy bass.. Looks like DIY amp? No, it is NAIM headphone amp.. Well I suggest the manufacturer put name or logo.. Cambridge 740C CD player..Upsampling to 24bit 384kbps..I like it a lot..fast reading speed..detailed sound.. Koss Electrostatic headphone and amp..paired up with Chord CD player.. Headphone is very light..sound is..well I leave it to experienced user.. Cambridge Audio DACMagic..haven't tried yet..paired up with someone's laptop.. Audio-gd Compass DAC.. Ultrasone ED9..I tried it with Yammy+Cambridge 740C..Most great sounding in this meet for my opinion.. W5000..Nofing, it still haven't burned in yet..don't give up.. Heavily modded W1000.. For me, I would like to spend more money on an amp, which have "synergy" with the headphone you love it most. Besides, not only the amp and headphones, you might need to spend a lot on the DAC, soundcard digital output(for PCHIFI system), CD player as well.

I heard 650 before from one of my friend. It is the most relax, most comfortable music I have heard before...

I also haven't tried any DV amp yet, but does it make K701 poison(for any type of music)? I believe it is difficult to make it 'poison'...
