Yup, he will make one with a built-in seletor. U mean that, if either on of the source is off, the amp will just amplify on the signal that is coming? Er...in the event of me accidentally on both sources, will it damage the amp(ie, 2 signal going in)?

Just got the stuff. Okay, it look nothing like the picture. First impression on the mx500, it tamed the bass a litte(unlike cMoy's impression). This moulds may stay put, but, it is bloody hard to get it into proper position, Perhaps my ear are still 'virgin', opening not so big! But the material does have a 'sticking' effect, as in, it does not come out easily when in exercise but tugging is another issue. I still can here ambient noises/sound, but at the same time, the music. This help in listening to music, and taking care of my ears as i no longer see the need to increase the volume. It does improve the stock earphone that come with my fm/am recevier.Clearer and better?. I'm not much of a reviewer, this is all i can say. IMO, at an investment of $18++, it is quite an experience.Afterall, this is an item awaiting patent(this phrase is splash all over the packaging and the moulds) Perhaps the other buyers could post some views

I decided to keep my portable rig simple(no amps, just enjoy my music). So I was thinking to getting a home based amp. I couldn't get the X-Cans off ebay and wasn't ready to throw $$ on some exotic tube amps so i decided on Headsave MiniMe. I emailed Norm and told him bout my problem. I recently acquire a Tuner and I've a CDP.But i have no receiver so gotta figure out something. Norm decided to build me a MiniMe with a built-in selector switch(of cos it wouldnt be a real MiniMe anymore), at a rather cool price. Have any had any experience using such a device?As in, will i heard interference from the other source? or am i betta of getting a ready made off the shelf and stick to the original MiniMe. Thanks

I attempted this not too long ago on something from eBay and the result is suprising. The seller actually lower the price, but his answer was given in such a way that i expect the packaging quality to go down.I know that packaging/handling charges is one of the ways they earn on a deal but the rates are way too high for some.
