nothing is more frustrating at work other than that somebody called up ameeting on your weekend and you did turn up and just to find out that the meeting was postponed to another day. Happened to me yesterday.

When i first read thro' the topic i got worried about my own HA-1A. I don't think anybody over here can fix the thing if ever it got into problem. It good to read that it turn out "ok". I powered my HA-1A 24 hour a day most of the time and the last time i switched it off was more than 2 months ago. and i am glad that it is still ok. It is about a year old. and i use it as headphone amp and alternately as pre-amp for my speaker system. At times (for a short period), i can hear a "buzzing" sound coming out from my speaker. but i just thought that it is just caused by the "noise" from the electrical power source.

i got no problem with gmail on 1.0.4. This is on my notebook. Somehow i installed firefox in english GB on my p.c. It is still on 1.0.3 version. no update yet. no big problem for me.

i was told that the higher mAH means that the battery can last longer, which also means that the battery is able to retain the charge. I can't figure this out wih respect to the volt, ampheres and the power of the battery. it is a bit mind boggling to me.

IMO in hi-fi, quite good is not good. have you try the dvds.

you got me right from the first word and after reading out few word then only.... hang on what am i suppose to do????... tricky.... and a good mind teaser.

a simple one will be audio-video selector switch, which we normally use for our tv if too many source we want to connect. However there will be audio degradation to some extend IMO.

just check over the echoloft website and found somone uses "arj". hai ya man.. this can confuse people i always use 'arj", even at head-fi. I know "arj" is not patented but i fell my identity has been taken away. Hua...hua..hua.......(sound of a big cry).....

i did install sp2 last few weeks ago,both for my pc and notebook. Both use xp home last time. So far i have not encounter any problem. My updates were via download through the internet. As for internet browsing i use firefox and opera. My girlfriend use IE on my notebook of which i sometimes uses avant browser which is IE based browser.

opps... did i err here by highlighting the issue of member contribution. My intention here is simply highlighting the issue and wish more participitation from members. By more contribution from members, i beleive the forum would have more representation of a broader opinion and we all can learn from one another. I beleive, we are all respectable members in this forum and we respect each other opinion and contribution. Please note, it is not my intention that the non or lesser contributing members are not to be welcome into this forum.

i just browsed through the SGH member list and this is what i found on the posting count:- 1. There are now 1112 members. 2. There are 630 members who do not post at all. 3. There are 285 members who have posted 1 up to 9 posts. 4. There are 74 members who have posted 10 up to 20 posts. 5. There are 40 members who have posted 21 up to 50 posts. 6. There are 18 members who have posted 51 up to 100 posts. 7 There are 31 members who have posted between 101 up to 200 posts. 8 There are 34 member who have posted more than 200 posts. From the above statistic, we all can see that only about 17% (197) member who are active by the count of post of 10 and above posts. This is rather low participitation, i would say. I had come across some other thread expressing simillar concern about member participation and some action being mentioned. My question is, what is the issue on why such a low member participitation and what can be done about it? p.s: i have noted that there is a member goes by the name arjn. please do not be mistaken by the name simillarity.

any confirm price so far?. Thanks p.s price plays major consideration for me now. I am on thight budget.
