From what I understand as long as we choose one design & size it should be ok to choose different coloured bottles as long as the logo is in one colour & there is no existing design printed on the bottle. Note, this is only for the bottles with free logo. However, they allow us to have extra bottles in any colour (not sure about size) but without the logo.
