buying computer parts in singapore

hi there, im gonna get a new computer soon. just wondering where is the cheapest place. i am going to america next week and get parts there. also i have friends over in singapore, fishball hehe and maybe he can send them over to me.

 

just wondering if there are any online shops in singapore or what is the street price of certain parts.

 

i'm looking at:

 

p4 2.6 (800)

2 x 512mb DDR 400mhz (kingston or corsair)

asus p4p800 intel 875 mobo or equivalent mobo

radeon 9600xt or pro 128mb.

 

could some please tell me the normal price for these products or steer in towards a site that has price listings?

there is a website with most of the pricelists of the shops in sim lim square.... the little bazaar of computer stuff in sg.

 

www.vr-zone.com ...there shud be a link for the price lists there.

vrzone's pricelist can be qute outdated sometimes. The hardwarezone one is more updated.

thanks guys! prices for computer parts are likely to drop soon right? i plan to buy parts at the end of december, that's when i come back to brisbane.
