zap 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2004 Hi All My aunt going to Tokyo has some hand luggage space on the way back. Any good and better priced (compare to S'pore) head-fi, electronics or otherwise stuff to get from there? Thanks for suggestions.
Mackie 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2004 (edited) One item: Sony CD3000 Strong Yen will dampen your hopes of any bargain. Train your wants on what's not available to the outside world. The abovementioned headphones is one of such. Edited January 16, 2004 by Mackie
Gouki 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2004 As Mackie said, if your Aunt knows how to buy them (go to Aikiharbara, its on the JR line so its easy to get there from Tokyo or Ueno). Otherwise, the HD 650 is here, so are plenty of other headphones. Other things you might want to buy : - MD players - Computer stuff (notebooks are cheap) That's all I can think of at the moment. N@Z 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2004 A couple of geshias? Oh... you mean headphones! Ditto on the CD3K... not just because I have one. Even if you don't like it, there will be no shortage of potential future owners willing to take it off your hands!
