hacknet 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 i probably can design a small PCB when i have the time. how small do you need it?
tropicalrips 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 (edited) the smallest i got was the size of a single 9v batt, using conventional parts & breadboard i think there is still a few milimeters that i can shave off with this layout Edited April 5, 2004 by tropicalrips
N@Z 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 If I'm not mistaken, someone on headwize did a cmoy in a 9v battery case. Other end hooked up to another 9v battery for power & the other for input/output. No power switch, volume control or LED. I'd be impressed if someone can build as small as a SuperMini (the old 3xAA/9V version). Tropicalrips' comes close only slightly bigger. However need to see it all wired up with vol pot, switches, LED & sockets.
tropicalrips 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 (edited) the supermini , the first cmoy i sold the final version that i sold off was fitted into the round herbal candy tin , couldn't find Altoids then i will attempt another supermini, this time with a mini Alps pot Edited April 5, 2004 by tropicalrips

seiko_citizen 0 Report post Posted April 19, 2004 i think we shoud keep the two seperate dont you?? 'cos not everything is the same and that some people may work better with breadboard and vice versa
