Huma Dragonbane 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2004 What do I get if I wanted to connect two sources to my headphone amp? How much would it cost and where can I get it? My headphone amp can only accept one pair of cables, which is why I'm hoping there's a device that allows me to input two sources. Would whatever I get affect sound quality as well? and if so, would it be major? Thanks a mill for anyhelp guys!
arj 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2004 a simple one will be audio-video selector switch, which we normally use for our tv if too many source we want to connect. However there will be audio degradation to some extend IMO.

N3w_Typ3 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2004 An excellent piece of kit from fid audio albeit at a price. N@Z it does not look cheap to me ... 90 USD ........ sia can chop chop some of us here but the problem is that to use that switch we need to get a lot of interconnect .... too many wire does not really seem that good but if the lost of quailty is very little is a good buy
N@Z 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2004 Isn't that what I said already? If you want cheap how about getting one of our DIYers to fabricate something similar? I'm sure digi01 can rustle up something for a fraction of the price. Ultimately the RCA splitter would be the simplest & most economical.
