Paying with credit card will subject U to unknown exchange rate settlement and I won't be surprised if the chargeable rate were significantly higher than the spot rate and/or money changer rate. Banks will not reveal the chargeable exchange rate as it fluctuates 24/5 and also dependant on rules governing payment to retailer ie, posting rate as of day of purchase or upon receipt of invoice from retailer.
