Called up Sony this afternoon and was told it will be ready by Early August or mid July. Kindly note that Qualia are hand made to order and not available outside japan. =] Price is approximately 21,000yen(SGD$322.582 SGD calculated with XE.net as of today). I am not sure about tax but Japanese is 5%, which is about SGD$15.00. Anyone interested to own a piece of quality engineering, let me know. I'll be placing my order sometime next weekend. Obviously aesthetics alone does not determine the price. There are still the components, design, technology, etc. aspects that come into play. Plus these are made to order.
